For the most advanced Audio Visual experience in the club the Pioneer DVJ1000 turntables can be connected to the Pioneer SVM1000 Audio Visual mixer. This mixer has 6 video input sources, 4 of which can be mixed together at once. This enables live cameras aimed at the crowd or DJ Booth to be added to the Visual Mix, as well as a JPG Viewer that allows photos of the club or crowd to be added to the mixer directly from a memory card or
USB connector. The pictures can then be mixed over the video. Live cameras are supplied with this show.
All the video and picture sources can have video effects added to them that sync with the music to allow a complete audio visual soundscape to be created. This stimulates the mind as well as the body.
If room or budget is slightly less, then the Pioneer DVJ1000 turntables can be connected to a Pioneer DJM800 Mixer which is then connected via a MIDI link to an Edirol V4 Video Mixer. This video mixer only allows 2 sources to be mixed at once, but live cameras can still be used, but no JPG viewer.
For the smaller club, the Pioneer DVJ1000 Turntables are connected to a Pioneer VSW1 video switcher, which is a simple 2 channel switch box that simply switches between the video feeds from the DVJ1000 Turntables. This only allows 2 video feeds so live cameras are not used.
